摘要 国产2093t/h亚临界压力控制循环锅炉因锅炉给水与减温水压差较小,无法满足锅炉升降负荷时正常的喷水减温用量,造成后屏过热器管壁温度超限。本文结合电厂改造实际,探讨在给水管道上加装憋压阀确保差压建立,保证减温水正常投入和预防锅炉过热器超温,供电力同行参考。 Due to the small pressure difference between the feedwater and the spary water,domestic 2093t/h sub-critical pressure controlled circulation boiler can not meet the normal amount of spray water requirement when it is increasing and decreasing load,which results in overtemperature in the pipe wall of rear platen superheater.In this paper,in the consideration of the practice of power plant reconstruction,it is discussed to install pressure-differential valve on water supply pipe to ensure the establishment of...
