摘要
建立了液相色谱-串联质谱法快速测定电子电气产品中全氟辛酸(PFOA)和全氟辛烷磺酸(PFOS)的分析方法。采用加速溶剂萃取提取样品中PFOA和PFOS,二氯甲烷作溶剂,外标法定量,LC-MS/MS分析时间1 m in。电子电气产品中PFOS不同加标质量分数(0.25,0.75和1.25 mg/kg)的平均回收率分别为:91.6%、92.8%和94.7%;PFOA不同加标质量分数(0.50,1.25和2.25 mg/kg)的平均回收率分别为:90.1%、91.5%和93.4%;PFOS和PFOA测定的相对标准偏差分别为2.8%~3.3%和4.2%~4.9%。
A rapid analytical method for the determination of perfluorooctanic acid(PFOA) and perfluorooctanic sulfonic acid(PFOS) in electrical and electronic products by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry has been developed.Dicholoromethane as an extraction solvent and accelerated solvent extraction as an extraction method have been adopted.The quantification was performed with external standard.The total analytical time of LC-MS/MS was less 1 min.The recoveries of PFOS spiked concentration range of 0.25 mg/kg,0.75 mg/kg and 1.25 mg/kg in electrical and electronic products were 91.6%、92.8% and 94.7%,respectively;The recoveries of PFOA spiked concentration range of 0.50 mg/kg,1.25 mg/kg and 2.25 mg/kg in electrical and electronic products were 90.1%、91.5% and 93.4%,respectively.The relative standard deviations were from 2.8% to 3.3%,4.2% to 4.9%,respectively.The electrical and electronic sample were determined by the proposed method.The contents of PFOS in two electrical and electronic samples were 16 μg/m2 and 0.89%,respectively;PFOA were not detected.
