摘要: 建立了高效液相色谱2质谱( LC2MS/MS)检测水产品中喹乙醇代谢物 32甲基2喹恶啉222羧酸(MQCA)的残留分析方法。样品先用Protease 蛋白酶酶 解, 然后用乙酸乙酯萃取目标物, 氮气吹干后用流动相溶解残渣, 以甲醇、乙 腈和011% 甲酸溶液作为流动相, 液相色谱串联电喷雾质谱在正离子模式下测 定。MQCA在1~ 100 Lg/kg范围内线性关系良好( r> 01999)。在2、4、8 Lg/kg 3个添加水平上, 回收率在8215%~ 8715%, 相对标准偏差为415%~ 511% ( n= 6), 定量限为1 Lg/kg。方法已用于水产品中喹乙醇代谢物的残留分析。
A credibleretention analysis method based on liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS) was established for the determination of olaquindo metabolite,3-methyl-quinoxaline-2-carboxylic acid(MQCA) in aquatic products.After overnight enzymatic hydrolysis with protease,the sample was extracted with acetic ether.The calibration curve of MQCA was linear(r >0.999) from 1 to 100 μg/kg with multiple reaction monitoring in positive mode.The recoveries of the drug from aquatic products fortified at th...
