摘要
简要介绍了生物大分子白芨葡甘聚糖(BSG)在医药中的研究进展。BSG是一种由葡萄糖和甘露糖组成的中性杂多糖。其毒性小,对人体皮肤无刺激,可以安全的应用于医药和日化产品中。BSG能够参与机体代谢,通过调节细胞中生长因子的含量,达到止血敛创的效果。临床上,BSG具有抗菌消炎的功效。近年来的研究结果发现,BSG是一种理想的中长期血管栓塞天然材料。此外,BSG还可以用作医用辅料。BSG用作医用辅料可以延长主药的滞留时间,降低毒性,提高疗效。
