摘要 主要运用文献资料法,就胆碱补充对提高运动能力和推迟运动性疲劳问题进行综述。认为,胆碱的适量补充对中枢乙酰胆碱的水平及中枢兴奋传导具有调节作用,对推迟运动性中枢疲劳可能具有一定的积极性作用。 With the methods of literature and documentation,it has made a summary of the problems about the supplement of choline and the postpone of central fatigue in exercise.It has been thought that an amount of choline supplement has a regulating function for the level of central acetyl choline and the conduction of central excitation.Maybe it has a certain positive function for the postpone of central fatigue in exercise.
