摘要
依据2000年秦皇岛市国民体质监测结果,对本市26~45岁年龄段成年人的身体形态、身体机能和体能指标进行了统计对比与分析研究,揭示了不同年龄段间各项指标的变化规律.结果表明:26~30岁年龄段是身体形态和体能变化较为明显的时期,应引起高度重视.其它年龄段的变化规律各不相同,应注意进行有针对性的锻炼.
By counting and analysing the physical form, function and stamina quota of grown-ups aged from 26 to 45 in Qinhuangdao, it brings to light the changing laws of the qutas of the different age groups. The result is the following: physical form and functions change more obviously from 26 to 30 years old, so this period should be paid much more attention to. The changing laws of other age groups are different with each other, so exercises should be done according to different situation.
