摘要
法律全球化对法理学的研究提出了全新的问题。我们应积极地应对这些问题 ,以创建足以适应法律全球化发展的“全球化的法理”。这种法理 ,旨在使法律的全球化趋势与人们对它的普适性追求得到更加合理的、逻辑化的说明。
This article holds that legal globalization brings up new problems to the research on jurisprudence. We should confront these problems positively to establish 'a globalized jurisprudence' to adapt to the development of legal globalization. The purpose of this kind of jurisprudence is to make a more reasonable and logical explanation to the trend of legal subjectation and people's pursuit for its general adaptability.
