摘要
本文探讨了生育权的性质,认为生育权是达到法定婚龄的受孕女性所享有的权利,是一种身份权。进而肯定了对单身女子的生育权的保护,并指出了其中可能存在的问题。
This article discusses the character of the right of procreation. The right of procreation is a right conferred by law to the women who reach married age and beeome pregnant. It's a right of status. Furthermore, the single women's right of procreation should be protected. But there are seill some questions should be resolvel.
