锌镁合金铜接地材料高效防腐导电性能的研究及其应用 被引量:5

摘要 以新型接地材料锌镁合金铜为研究对象,对该复合材料的防腐、导电性能、复合金属层结合力、生产工艺及应用领域等展开了较为详尽的论述。结果表明:锌镁合金铜复合接地材料抗腐蚀强、导电性能优异;接地材料经高效的热铸工艺可实现锌镁合金与铜层、铜层与钢芯面的冶金学复合,金属间实现了原子互渗。 The corrosion resistance,electrical conductivity,adhesion of composite metal layers,production process and application of a new type of zinc alloy grounding material with magnesium and copper have been described.The results show that the grounding material of copper clad with zinc-magnesium alloy is excellent in corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity;The material casted in high temperature achieves perfect metallurgy fusion among zinc-magnesium alloy,copper and steel.Moreover,the different metal a...
