冷冻食品中单核细胞增多性李斯特菌的分离鉴定 被引量:2

摘要 随机从锦州市的超市中采集速冻食品,通过细菌的增菌、分离纯化、生化鉴定确定是单核细胞增多性李斯特菌。通过细菌的血清学鉴定确定7株单增李斯特菌的血清型分别是3株为1/2b,2株为1/2 a,2株为1/2 c。通过本研究了解单增李斯特菌在速冻食品中的污染情况,为防治疾病提供依据。
