摘要
采用人工同步授粉法,分析比较玉米果穗上部和中下部子粒灌浆、胚乳细胞数目及物质代谢方面的差异。结果表明,随着子粒发育,粒重、胚乳细胞数目和淀粉含量均呈上升趋势,子粒体积呈先升高后略有降低的变化,蔗糖含量呈降低趋势。粒位间比较,中下部子粒各项指标均高于上部子粒,子粒库存能力、同化产物供应以及贮藏物质合成能力可能是影响粒位间子粒发育差异的重要原因。
