摘要
目的:观察并探讨电针抗炎免疫调节作用与血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)、皮质醇(Cort)含量的相互关系,比较"大椎"穴、"命门"穴、尾部中点的作用差异。方法:以佐剂性关节炎大鼠(AA)作为研究对象,随机分为5组:正常组、模型组、电针"大椎"组、电针"命门"组、电针尾部中点组。观察电针对关节炎症局部及血清IL-2、TNFα、Cort含量的影响,并比较不同穴位间的作用差异。结果:"大椎"组、"命门"组经治疗IL-2含量与模型组比较极明显升高(P<0.01),"大椎"组、"命门"组Cort含量,"大椎"组TNFα含量与模型组比较降低(P<0.05),"大椎"组、"命门"组血清Cort含量与尾部中点组比较降低(P<0.05)。结论:电针可能是通过血清IL-2、TNFα、Cort含量等因素的相互调节,起到抗炎免疫调节作用的。抗炎作用为"大椎">"命门">尾部中点。
Objective:To observe and analyze the immune regulation by electroapuncture therapy on interleukin-2(IL-2),Tumor necrosis factorα(TNFα),Cortisol(Cort)of serum.Compare the difference between'Dazhui'(GV14),'Mingmen'(GV4) and mid-tail-point.Methods:Adjuvant Arthritis models in rats were made.The rats were divided into 5 groups: normal group,model group,'Dazhui'electroacupuncture group,'Mingmen' electroacupuncture group and mid-tail-point electro-acupunctrue group.Effects of electroacupuncture on local joint inflammation and the content of IL-2,TNFα,Cort in serum.Results:IL-2 in the'Dazhui'and'Mingmen'group increased compared with model group(P'Mingmen'>mid-tail-point.
