摘要
利用二阶矩法推导出圆柱壳和椭球壳基于弹性失效设计准则的中径公式的可靠度指标计算公式,并将其应用于某型号固体火箭发动机壳体的算例中。同时,利用Ansys软件建立该固体火箭发动机壳体有限元模型,在确定性有限元分析的基础上,对其进行随机有限元分析,求出结构的可靠度。分析表明,以材料的力学性能参数、壳体的几何参数为随机变量的固体火箭发动机壳体的可靠性设计是科学和必要的。最后,对输出的功能函数进行灵敏度分析,为结构参数的优化设计提供参考。
