摘要
The photoisomerization of provitamin D-3 is carrried out in silica gel-hexane matrix, ethanol and hexane. The results show that in silica gel-hexane matrix and ethanol, the desired product of provitamin D-3 and vitamin D-3 can be obtained in high yield, while the undesirable byproducts are greatly limited.
