摘要
文章在简述专家——新手研究范型中所得的专家型教师与新手型教师在课前、课中、课后三个环节上存在的差异的基础上,结合我国当前的师资培训工作现状,提出了四点启示,以期对我国师资培训工作有所裨益。
The article introduces briefly the expert-novicer constrast study model.The study analyses the differences between expertise teachers and novice teachers in their preparement before class,in their teaching in class and in their summary after class.On the basis of such differences and the reality of teachers' training in china,the author brings forth four enlightenments.
