世纪之交 ,知识经济已初见端倪。实施素质教育 ,首先要让教师具有创新精神 ;让教师以能力本位为核心的综合素质 ;要让教师具备既会教书又会做人的健全人格 ;要有智力因素和非智力因素的协调发展 ;要有终身学习的强烈意识和基本能力。
The new century is a knowledge economy times.In order to implement the quality education,the first and most important step is to improve teachers’ comprehensive qualities which involve the following aspects: innovative spirit,healthful personality in imparting knowledge and educating people,coordinated growth of intellectual factors and non-intellectual factors,strong sense of all-life study and basic skills.
