摘要
针对国际CCQM组织的K66高纯甲烷纯度分析关键比对,建立高纯甲烷中杂质的分析和定量方法。根据标准物质的制备过程和对稀释气中杂质的分析结果,对比对过程中的测量不确定度进行了评定。比对样品甲烷中氩气、氮气、乙烷和二氧化碳含量的测定结果分别为2.005、3.601、1.477、2.615μmol/mol,相对扩展不确定度(k=2)分别为1.5%、4.5%、1.5%、1.6%。
On the basis of K66 comparison(Analysis of High Purity CH4)organized by CCQM, methods of impurity analysis in high purity CH4 and quantification analysis were developed. The result of measurement showed that the concentration of Ar, N2, C2H6 and CO2 in comparison sample were 2.005, 3.061, 1.477, 2.615 μmol/mol, and the relative uncertainty of measurement were 1.5%, 4.5%, 1.5% and 1.6%(k=2) respectively.
