摘要
"Gold light"轮辅锅炉停炉后,炉膛内壁有"发红"现象,导致光敏电阻探测到所谓的余光后,就会发生火焰探测器故障误报警——"FLAME EYE ABNORMAL"报警。该故障困扰管理人员多时,由于管理人员忽视船舶自动化控制设备的老化原因,控制参数与实际参数发生较大的差异,因此未能彻底解决问题;经过反复几次查找故障原因,才得以彻底地解决。
