瑞芬太尼复合异丙酚全凭静脉麻醉用于小儿唇腭裂修复术 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察瑞芬太尼复合异丙酚全凭静脉麻醉用于小儿唇腭裂修复术的安全性和可行性。方法 60例2~12岁唇腭裂患儿随机分为两组(n=30),瑞芬太尼复合异丙酚组(R-P组)和芬太尼复合异氟醚组(F-I组),麻醉诱导后,经口插入异形导管,R-P组持续输入瑞芬太尼和异丙酚维持麻醉,F-I组持续吸入异氟醚,间断追加芬太尼维持麻醉,观察两组患儿血流动力学变化,记录两组手术时间、清醒及拔管时间及术后呼吸抑制、呕吐及躁动等不良反应发生率。结果两组患儿术中血液动力学稳定。R-P组与F-I组拔管时间分别为(7.6±2.5)min、(12±3.7)min,差异有统计学意义,R-P组苏醒期躁动及恶心呕吐发生率低。结论瑞芬太尼复合异丙酚全凭静脉麻醉用于小儿唇腭裂整复术优于芬太尼异氟醚静吸复合麻醉,可加快清醒及拔管时间,减少麻醉后并发症,缩短手术室的滞留时间。 Objective To investigate the security and feasibility of total intravenous anesthesia with remifentanil and propofol for repair of cleft lip and palate in children.Methods 60 patients with cleft lip and palate who were 2 to 12 years old were randomly divided into two groups(n=30),remifentanil and propofol group(R-P group) and fentanyl-isoflurane group(F-I group),after anesthetic inducement,the special-shaped tube was inserted,R-P group was continued to input the remifentanil and propofol for maintaining ane...
