摘要
采油螺杆泵立体模型的有限元分析涵盖几何、材料和接触三重非线性问题,且由于受到螺杆泵型面的复杂性和载荷的多样性影响,使得有限元模型的建立和有限元的计算难度较大,其方法尚不成熟.以GLB120-27型采油螺杆泵为例,利用SolidWorks软件建立螺杆泵三维实体模型;进行单轴拉伸实验,确定定子橡胶材料的Mooney-Rivilin模型常数;利用布尔运算分离密封带和定子内腔,并在它们之间建立接触对,实现定子内腔流体压力模拟;通过设置相关参数模拟定、转子之间的过盈配合,建立螺杆泵三维有限元分析模型,并利用螺杆泵水力特性试验数据验证该模型的正确性.
