摘要
金融业的快速发展,不仅使金融监管的难度加大,而且使金融监管的重要性也更加突出。本文通过对我国现行金融监管法律制度的研究以及对西方国家金融监管体制的学习分析,结合我国金融监管的现状,对完善我国的金融监管法律制度的建设提出了若干建议。
Rapid development in finance brings difficulties to its supervision which is more and more important accordingly.The paper,by studying on the current finance supervision regulations in VHina and in foreign countries,presents some opinions on improving the finance supervision regulations.
