摘要
根据某化工企业受限空间作业中毒窒息事故的典型案例,分析引起设备内受限空间作业中毒窒息事故发生的各种原因,运用事故树分析法分析了引起受限空间作业中毒窒息事故的基本原因,对事故树进行了最小割集和最小径集的计算,分析了各基本事件的结构重要度.根据分析的结果,从技术、管理和操作等方面,提出了防止受限空间作业中毒窒息事故发生的措施.
