摘要
阐述了工学结合人才培养质量构建的原则,从思想品德、能力素质、社会评价3大方面构建了工学结合人才培养质量评价体系,并运用层次分析法确定了各级评价指标的权重,且对评价体系核心指标的内涵进行了说明.
The principles to construct the quality evaluation system of personnel training by combining working with studying are introcluced.The evaluation system is constructed by three indexes:ideological morality,ability,and social evaluation.The weight of each index is determined by analytical hierarchy process,and the connotation of the core index is explained.
