摘要
为了解酚类在水环境中的迁移转化,以苯酚、间硝基酚、邻氯酚和间苯二酚为实验对象,通过静态降解实验,研究了它们在水环境中的降解情况以及温度、pH和溶解氧等对降解的影响,计算了生物降解速率常数。结果表明:降解四种受试物的微生物适宜在中温、pH为中性、有氧条件下生长,其降解顺序为:间苯二酚>苯酚>邻氯酚>间硝基酚,并对它们之间的降解机理进行了探索性研究。
In order to know the way of migration and transformation of phenolic compounds in environment,phenol,m-nitrophenol,o-chlorophenol and resorcin were used to calculate the constants of biodegradation rate through static degradation experiment in which effective factors of temperature,pH and dissolved oxygen were observed.The results indicated microorganisms to break down the four compounds were mesophilic bacteria and suitable growth in neutral pH and aerobic condition.The study of mechanism showed degradatio...
