摘要
如何理顺企业内部结构关系已成为企业管理模式研究的关键。链式管理是新型的管理模式 ,它涉及到管理理论、管理方法、适用条件等问题 ,对我国建立新的企业制度、提高企业的管理水平和效益具有重要的参考价值。本文分析了企业内部结构特点 。
How to put in order internal relations of enterprises has become the key to the management mode of enterprises.Chain management is a new management mode which involves many issues such as management theory,management method,its condition of application,and so on.It is valuable to creation of new enterprise system and improvement of management capacity and efficiency.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of enterprise internal structure,the paper probes into the theory of chain management.
