摘要
随着教育体制改革的深化和教育事业的发展 ,我国高等教育的投入格局已经改变 ,由过去的国家政府负担大部分学生教育经费逐步转变为一种有政府、社会、学校、学生家长或个人共同合理分摊高等教育培养成本的机制。弥补了高等教育投入不足。然而 ,由于收费比以前有所提高 ,生源所在地的生活水平及每个学生的家庭收入不同等原因 ,在收费过程中出现了很多欠交学费及交不起学费的现象 ,欠费问题日趋严重 ,影响了学校的建设和发展。为此 ,如何做好高校收费工作的内部控制 。
With the deepening of the reform of educational system and the development of the educational undertaking, the input pattern of higher education of our country has already changed with the fact that the national govevnment funded most of the students′ education in the past gradually into the mechanism that the govemment, society, school, parents and students themselves rationally share the training cost of higher education, which will remedy the insufficient input to higher education. However, to some extent, due to the increase of educational charge and the different living standard and the different income of each student′s family, there appears the fact that a lot of students owe the tuition and even can′t afford the tuition in the process of charging tuition, which becomes more serious and influences the construction and the development of the school. For this reason, the inside control of how to do the work of charging tuition in the university well has already become the problem that needs solving urgently.
