摘要
知识经济是以智力资源为主要根据的新经济 ,它在目前的社会发展变革中起着举足轻重的作用。而图书馆的规划建设必须适应知识经济未来发展的趋势 ,即高标准、严要求。
The knowledge-based economy is the new economy taking intelligence resource as the main foundation. It plays a very important role in the present social development and reforms. The planning and construction of the library must adapt to the developing trend of the future of knowledge-based economy, that is, the possibility of its development of high standard, strict requirement and high proficiency.
