摘要
单细胞蛋白(SCP)饲料的蛋白质含量丰富、营养效价高。利用微生物混合发酵生产SCP饲料的成本低廉、工艺简单、产品蛋白含量高,是缓解当前畜牧养殖业蛋白饲料危机的可行、有效途径,且能对多种生物质废弃资源进行再利用,降低其对环境的污染。介绍了微生物混合发酵的特点、提取工艺及存在的问题。
