摘要
金属橡胶作为一种干摩擦阻尼材料,其阻尼特性在很多领域得到了应用.在振动防护领域,通常用金属橡胶阻尼元件的迟滞回线来描述金属橡胶的干摩擦阻尼特性.本文提出了一种描述迟滞回线的数学方法,该方法采用泊松分布来描述金属橡胶材料内部金属丝之间的接触点运动状态,并针对不同的振幅对金属橡胶力学本构关系中的参数进行了求解.与现有方法相比,该方法能够更加准确地描述金属橡胶的非线性迟滞特性.
As a kind of material with dry friction damping characteristics, metal rubber is used in many fields. For the use of vibration protection, hysteresis loop is often applied to descript and calculate the parameters of dry friction damping characteristics of metal rubber. In this paper, a method for the description of hysteresis loop is provided and Poisson distribution is used to describe the point contacts status between metal wires in the metal rubber material. At last, the solution of the formula for different deformation amplitude is explored.
