摘要
IAU2000通过了新的时空参考系和时间尺度决议,建议时空坐标理论必须在完整的后牛顿近似下来考虑。基于IAU2000决议,文中研究了在完整后牛顿近似下相对论参考系的基本概念、太阳系质心天球参考系(BCRS)和地球质心天球参考系(GCRS)的定义及其转换公式;推导了原时与坐标时之间的理论关系和严格转换公式。得到的理论公式可为进一步确定或定义相对论框架下的其它时间尺度(例如地球时和太阳系动力学时)提供了严格的理论基础和依据。
With the development of modern observation technique for the spatial domain of validity, the formulations in the barycentric system are valid up to a few radii from the Sun and, in the geocentric system, locations from the Earth's surface up to geostaionary orbits have been considered. Therefore, the IAU2000 passed the new resolution for time-space reference system and time scale, suggest that the theories of time-space coordinates must be considered at full post Newton level. Based upon IAU2000 resolution, this paper studied basic concept of relativity reference system, definition and conversion formulae of barycentric and geocentric celestial sphere reference system (BCRS and GCRS), as well as, theoretical relation between proper time and coordinate time (TCB and TCG) at full post Newton level, in conclusion deduced their precise conversion formulae. The work provided rigorous theoretical foundation and gist for further making sure or define other time scale (for example the TT and TDB) in the framework of relativity.
