摘要
目的为编制墙体材料应用统一技术规范,进行烧结煤矸石多孔砖砌体基本力学性能试验研究.方法按照砌体基本力学性能标准试验方法,对2组试件分别进行了煤矸石多孔砖砌体通缝抗剪和轴心抗压试验,分析砌体试件在整个过程中的受力性能和破坏机理.结果煤矸石多孔砖砌体受压时的开裂荷载为破坏荷载的73%~95%,开裂较晚.抗剪强度平均值为0.52 MPa,抗压强度平均值为6.62 MPa,二者均高于按规范计算的烧结多空砖强度平均值.结论煤矸石多孔砖砌体的抗剪破坏表现为单剪破坏,破坏为脆性且主要发生在砂浆层与块体的粘结面,破坏面较平整;试验中出现块体破坏形态,需进一步提高块体强度;弹性模量试验值均高于规范计算值,按规范计算是偏于安全的.
