等效均匀剂量优化方法对提高靶区均匀度的作用 被引量:12

The Advantage in Improving the Target Uniformity of Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy with Equivalent Uniform Dose Optimization

摘要 目的:本研究探索调强计划等效均匀剂量(EUD)优化方法对提高放疗靶区均匀度的作用。方法:选取乳腺癌保乳术后和胶质瘤术后病人各5例,使用两种调强计划优化方法,一种使用纯物理约束条件,另一种在物理约束条件的基础上在靶区优化条件中加入等效均匀剂量(EUD)优化条件。比较这两种计划的靶区剂量均匀度和危及器官受量。结果:发现采用等效均匀剂量(EUD)优化的计划能提高靶区95%处方剂量的体积,降低大于处方剂量105%的体积,提高了靶区的最小剂量,提高了靶区的均匀性,而危及器官的受量没有变化。结论:调强计划中靶区中等效均匀剂量(EUD)优化方法的应用比一般纯物理约束限制调强计划能更好的提高靶区的均匀度。 Objective:This study is to evaluate the role of the equivalent uniform dose(EUD) used in optimization algorithm of the IMRT(intensity-modulated radiotherapy) plan to improve the uniformity of the target volume.Methods:We choosed 5 patients receiving breast-conserve surgery and 5 patients receiving glioma surgery.Two different kinds of IMRT optimize methods were used,the first method only used physical optimization constrains,and the other used the EUD constrains in target constrains besides physical optimiz...
