摘要
冷战结束之后,美日同盟随着国际格局的变化适时做出调整,以遏制、围堵中国为核心内容成为美日同盟的战略目标.这势必触及了中国的核心利益,攸关中国的国家安全.然而,由于美日两国的利益冲突、海洋战略碰撞、文化差异、世界格局以及中国的发展变化,导致美日同盟内部存在着诸多矛盾.因此,中国应抓住机遇,妥善处理中美、中日关系.
After the cold war,the US-Japan alliance has been making adjustment to the change of the international pattern.And now,restraining and encircling China has become the strategic goal of the US-Japan alliance.This certainly offends China's core interests and is closely connected with China's national security.However,because of the interest conflict,the collision of ocean strategy,cultural difference,world pattern and China's development,there are many contradictions in the US-Japan alliance.Therefore,China should seize the opportunity and appropriately handle Sino-US and Sino-Japan relations.
