摘要
家庭联产承包责任制实行之后,国家权力范围从乡村到乡镇、权力的实行方式由刚性转变为弹性,这表示国家权力的弱化;同时认为农民的个人权利在不断扩大,拥有了生产自主权、自治参与权以及流动自由权;并且社会上出现了代表农民利益的村民自治组织以及各种各样的经济合作组织。这种权力的此消彼长确立了国家与农村社会关系的良性发展。
This article mainly discusses the political significance of the household contract responsibility system from the state and social relationships.After the household contract responsibility system executed,the state power works in the towns rather than in the villages;the implementation of authority turns from rigidity to flexibility.This shows that the state power is becoming weak.Meanwhile,with the peasants' personal rights expanding constantly,they have the autonomy of production,self-governing autonomy and civil liberties of current.There are many self-governing organizations that represent the peasants' interests appearing in the sociality as well as some various kinds of economic cooperation organizations.This power which has gone through new changes has established the benign development between the state and the rural social relationships.
