摘要
目的:探讨电磁场促进骨髓间充质干细胞成骨分化作用的研究现状。方法:检索电磁场和间充质干细胞相关论文,比对寻找电磁场促进成骨的相关证据,总结电磁场促进间充质干细胞成骨分化的相关研究。结果:电磁场对细胞的作用是复杂多样的,可影响干细胞的基因表达,也能对细胞缝隙通讯产生作用,实验室证明电磁场在体外培养的干细胞增殖和分化方面扮演了一定的角色,临床研究同样证明活体的骨细胞会受到电磁场的作用。结论:电磁场能促进骨髓间充质干细胞的成骨分化,近年来国内外在这个领域的研究方兴未艾,进一步深入研究非常必要尤其通讯频段电磁场更值得学术界的探讨。
Objective: To investigate the Advance on research Stimulation of osteogenic differentiation in bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells by Electromagnetic fields.Methods: Review related literatures by search fields contain Electromagnetic fields(EMF) and bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMMSCs,MSCs)and so on,than in finding EMF promote bone formation of the relevant evidence and summary EMF how to promote MSCs osteogenic differentiation studies;Results: It is complex that effects of electromagnetic fields on the osteogenic differentiation of BMMSCs.EMF can change the expression of genes mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)、gap junctions of cell and biolphysical signals transductions and so on.EMF can affect proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of BMMSCs which have been proved by the experiment not only in vitro research but also clinical studies in invo.Conclusions: EMF have the ability of promoting MSCs osteogenic differentiation.Although much attention has been focused on the research about the effect of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells on osteogenic differentiation around the world,the study of communications band electromagnetic field needs further investigation.
