摘要
在介绍了超声C扫描检测原理的基础上,分析了在CFRP层压板的超声C扫描检测过程中影响其检测结果可靠性的因素。通过改变检测步进、检测频率、检测增益等实验参数进行检测可靠性实验,并对结果进行了分析。结果表明,对于薄的CFRP层压板,减小检测步进、提高检测频率以及选择合适的增益能提高其检测结果的可靠性。
After the introduction of ultrasonic C-scan detection principle,factors which may affect the ultrasonic C-scan detection result reliability for CFRP laminates are analyzed.By changing parameters such as testing step,testing frequency and testing gain,the reliability experiments are finished,and the results of the experiments are analyzed.It is shown that for thin CFRP laminates,by reducing the test step,increasing the test frequency and choosing the appropriate test gains,the detection result reliability can be improved.
