摘要
消化性溃疡(Peptic Ulcer,PU)主要指发生在胃和十二指肠的慢性溃疡,即胃溃疡和十二指肠溃疡,因溃疡的形成与胃酸、胃蛋白酶的消化作用有关而得名。近年来中医药在治疗消化性溃疡病方面取得了很大的进步,本文从病因病机、辨证分型、基本方加减、验方效方、单味药物治疗等方面综述众医家治疗消化性溃疡的临床经验。
Peptic ulcer(Gastric and Duodenal ulcers)means mainly chronic ulcer,occurred in the stomach and duodenum.it is well-known for the relationship of ulcer formation and gastric acid、pepsin digestive function.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) make great progress in the treatment of peptic ulcer disease,this article reviews on many physicians' clinical experience in the treatment of peptic ulcer from etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiations,basic square to add and subtract,prescription effect square,single flavour drug therapy,etc.
