摘要
采用AlCl3溶液为硬化剂,通过不同硬化工艺在恒温20℃,干燥条件下硬化水玻璃型壳,再进行微波加热去蜡获得型壳试样.采用三种工艺对型壳试样进行硬化处理,并对脱蜡后的水玻璃型壳湿强度进行抗拉强度测试,探索出适合于微波脱蜡的最优工艺.工艺1是未经硬化在干燥环境下制型壳试样,微波脱蜡测得的抗拉强度;工艺2是经AlCl3水溶液硬化后微波脱蜡所得型壳测得其抗拉强度;工艺3是在工艺2基础上增加"润湿剂"工艺后再微波脱蜡,测得型壳试样抗拉强度.试验所得不同工艺下所得湿强度具有明显差异.抗拉强度的结果分析表明:工艺3较工艺2强度提高了5.6倍,比工艺1强度提高了4.3倍;采用工艺3微波脱蜡制得型壳试样抗拉强度可达最大值1.785 1 MPa.
The investment casting shell samples were cured by aluminum chloride hex hydrate.The experiment adopts three kinds of hardening methods.The tensile strength of samples was measured by tensile strength tester and the fracture of samples was analyzed by SEM.According to the tensile strength results,the tensile strength of sodium silicate investment casting shell cured by the new technology reaches the maximum of 1.785 1 MPa.
