摘要
目的建立青年颈椎生理曲度变直和正常的全节段有限元模型,进行对比与分析。方法采集青年颈椎曲度变直志愿者CT数据,利用生物力学有限元软件构建高质量颈椎全节段模型,然后采用基于离散微分属性的体网格变形技术,将变直模型映射生成曲度正常模型,在相同边界条件进行下进行对比分析。结果在前屈、后伸、侧弯、和旋转工况下,生理曲度变直模型的活动度范围比正常值要小,并且出现再分配。在应力分布方面,C3-C4,C4-C5之间的小关节、钩突关节,和C3-C4之间的椎间盘出现应力集中。结论通过使用新型建模软件和体网格变形技术,能方便构建颈椎生理曲度变直和正常模型,分析结果对青年颈椎病的临床诊治有指导意义。
Objective To establish accurate finite element model of complete cervical spine with straight and normal physiological curvature in youth,then do comparation and analysis.Methods Choose some young patients with straight cervical spine and collect the CT scan data.By using specially designed modeling system,a high quality finite element model of complete cervical spine with straight physiological curvature is generated,which is then mapped to build a normal curvature model by volumetric mesh deformation method based on differential property.Then,same boundary conditions are applied to do comparation.Results By using specially designed modeling system and volumetric mesh deformation method,it is convenient to establish accurate finite element model of complete cervical spine with straight and normal physiological curvature in youth.These results of analysis are helpful to the diagnosis and treatment of cervical spondylosis in youth.
