摘要
深静脉血栓(deep venous thrombosis,DVT)形成是骨科术后常见严重并发症之一。静脉壁损伤、血流缓慢和血液高凝状态是DVT形成的3个主要因素。DVT发病率及致死率均很高,早期发现是临床治疗的关键。目前研究表明早期微血栓形成与炎性因子有一定关联。文中就DVT与炎性因子IL-1、IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α的相关性研究进展作一概述。
The formation of deep venous thrombosis(DVT) is one of the common serious complications post orthopaedic operations.Vein injury,slow blood flow and blood hypercoagulability are three major factors to the formation of DVT.The incidence and mortality of DVT are high.It is as important as we can discover it early.The research at present has shown that DVT in earlier period is somehow related to inflammatory factors.The progress on the relationship between DVT and inflammatory factors(IL-1,IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-α) is reviewed as follows.
