摘要
在pH 4.3的Britton-Robinson缓冲溶液中,透明质酸钠和溴化十六烷基吡啶各自单独存在时,共振瑞利散射(RRS)强度非常弱,但当两者反应形成离子缔合物时,RRS大大增强并产生新的RRS光谱,最大RRS峰位于335 nm处。透明质酸钠在0.1~3.0μg/ml浓度范围内与RRS强度成正比。据此,建立了共振瑞利散射光谱法测定透明质酸钠,检测限为29 ng/ml。
In pH 4.3 Britton-Robinson buffer solution,resonance Rayleigh scattering(RRS) intensity of sodium hyaluranate or cetylpyridinium bromide alone was very weak,but it could be enhanced greatly and gave a new RRS spectrum when they reacted to form an ion association complex.The maximal peak was located at 335 nm.The intensity of RRS was directly proportional to the concentration of sodium hyaluranate in the concentration range of 0.1-3.0 μg/ml.Accordingly,a resonance Rayleigh scattering method was established for the determination of sodium hyaluranate,with the detection limit of 29 ng/ml.
