胃底贲门黏膜下肿物的内镜治疗 被引量：2

摘要 胃黏膜下肿物多发生于胃底与胃体,发生于胃底贲门部较少见。胃底贲门黏膜下肿物因解剖部位特殊,导致内镜治疗操作困难较大。此部位黏膜下肿物的外科手术治疗创伤较大,患者术后生存质量常受到较大影响。
