诱导性多潜能干细胞的研究进展及应用价值

摘要 诱导性多潜能干细胞(induced pluripotent stem cells,iPS细胞)是指一类经过重编程处理后,具有与胚胎干细胞(embryonicstem cells)十分类似的形态与生长发育潜能的细胞,它是由日本Yamanaka研究小组命名的,2006年,Takahashi等[1]将四个转录因子Oct4、Sox2、Klf4和c-Myc(Yamanaka四因子)导入已分化的小鼠成纤维细胞。
