Askin瘤的影像表现一例

摘要 患者男,17岁,因右胸外伤后疼痛2个月就诊。患者2个月前被人拳击伤右前侧胸部,当时感胸痛不重。伤后1周出现伤处疼痛,渐加重。查体:胸廓无畸形,锁骨上未及肿大淋巴结,右胸壁第5、6肋腋前线处软组织轻度肿胀,凸起皮肤约1.5cm,直径约1.2cm,张力略高,压痛明显,未及明显波动感,局部皮温不高,皮肤颜色无异常。
