苯磺酸氨氯地平联合谷胱甘肽对体外冲击波碎石术肾损伤的保护作用 被引量：3

摘要 目的研究苯磺酸氨氯地平(商品名络活喜)和谷胱甘肽(商品名阿拓莫兰)对体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)所致肾功能损害的保护作用。方法接受ESWL治疗的肾结石患者104例,随机分为阿拓莫兰组,络活喜组,联合组和对照组,每组26例。检测ESWL前1d和后1、3、7d尿丙二醛(MDA)、N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶/肌酐(NAG/Cr)和24h尿β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)的变化。结果所有治疗组尿NAG/Cr、MDA及24h尿β2-MG水平均明显低于对照组,肾功能恢复较快。结论 ESWL所致的肾损伤与自由基有关,钙离子拮抗剂有减轻脂质过氧化的作用,与阿拓莫兰合用明显保护肾脏,减轻ESWL所引起的肾损伤。
