摘要
目的:采用螺旋 CT 三维成象技术,做 CTA 与脊柱的联合重建,用以对脊柱侧弯畸形的术前评估和手术计划的制定。方法:对36例脊柱侧弯患者行螺旋 CT 扫描,采用 MIP 和 SSD 技术进行主动脉与脊柱的联合3D 重建。对主动脉与脊柱间距,以及 Cobb 角进行测量。结果:36例患者均清楚地显示了主动脉与脊柱的准确距离,Cobb 角得以精确测量。采用此种技术所做的组合重建及其3D 显示被证明与外科手术所见极为接近。结论:螺旋 CT 血管造影与脊柱3D 重建技术,不仅解决了临床脊柱侧弯矫正术前无法准确测量 Cobb 角的难题,还可以准确地测量出变异脊柱与脊柱前大血管的间距,以及两者之间的长度差,为脊柱矫正术和术后评估提供了有利的技术保证。
Objective:To evaluate the combined three-dementional reconstruction of both aorta and spine with helical CT scanning in scoliosis.Methods:Thirty-six patients with scoliosis were examined by helical CT scanning to display both the aorta and the spine together with the technique of MIP and SSD.Cobb's angle and the distance between the aorta and the spine were measured.Results:Distance between the aorta and the spine was shown clearly and Cobb's angle could also be measured accurately in all thirty-six cases.The 3D CT reconstruction and display were corroborated by the findings in surgical operation.Conclusion:Combined 3D and CT reconstruction technique of both aorta and spine facilitated the measurement of Cobb's angle as well as the distance between the a- orta and the spine before surgical operation for scoliosis,therefore this technique is very helpful for pre-operative planning of surgical strategies for diseases of the spine,especially scoliosis.
