摘要
[目的 ]了解应用自动生物化学分析仪进行检测时 ,交叉污染对血清磷测定结果的影响 .[方法 ]使用 715 0型自动生物化学分析仪 ,先检测 1次已设置的所有检测项目 ,在每个项目测试后连续检测3次血清无机磷值 ,以确定对血清无机磷测定产生交叉污染的项目 .[结果 ]尿酸、α 羟基丁酸脱氢酶、葡萄糖、胆碱酯酶、胆汁酸及肌酸激酶等 6种试剂对血清无机磷测定结果有明显的影响 .[结论 ]应用自动生物化学分析仪测定血清无机磷时存在项目间的交叉污染 ,因此有必要调整项目的通道以避免产生交叉污染 .
OBJECTIVE?To investigate the effects of c ro ss contamination for detecting results of serum inorganic phosphorous by usi ng the automated biochemistry analyzer.?METHODS?All test item s that set up at Model 7150 automatic biochemistry analyzer was detected for on ce, and after that the inorganic phosphorous test was continuously detected for 3 times to find out the test items of inducing the cross contamination for detec ting the serum inorganic phosphorous.?RESULTS?The reagents of UA, α-HBDH, GLU, ChE, TBA, CK were significantly affected for detecting th e se rum inorganic phosphorous.?CONCLUSION?It is necessary to chang e the tests channel to prevent the effects of cross contamination for detecting o f inorganic phosphorous by automated biochemistry analyzer.
