温拌橡胶沥青结合料低温弯曲蠕变性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 以低温弯曲流变试验得到的劲度模量S和蠕变速率m为考核指标,选取40目、60目和80目三种规格的常温轮胎胶粉和一种温拌沥青添加剂,利用正交试验设计方法,全面地考察了橡胶粉的粒径、掺量和温拌剂用量对温拌橡胶沥青低温性能的影响。试验结果表明,废旧胶粉的粒径是最重要的影响因素,其次为橡胶粉剂量和温拌剂剂量;在试验涉及的范围内,较细的橡胶粉粒径和较多的胶粉用量对温拌橡胶沥青的低温性能是有益的;温拌剂在起到降低粘度、节能减排作用的同时,对其低温性能存在一定的不利影响,因而温拌剂的掺量不宜过大。。 Crumb rubber of three particle sizes(40 mesh,60 mesh and 80 mesh) and a warm asphalt additive are representatively selected,and an orthogonal diagram is used to arrange the tests in this research.The influence of rubber particle size,the content of crumb rubber and warm asphalt additive on the low-temperature performance of warm-mixed rubber asphalt are comprehensively studied on the basis of the analysis of the indexes including stiffness modulus and creep rate got in low temperature bending rheological test.The result shows that the particle size of crumb rubber is the more important influence factor than the content of crumb rubber and warm asphalt additive,and a smaller particle size and a more content of crumb rubber is beneficial for the low-temperature performance of warm-mixed rubber asphalt.At the same time a big content of warm asphalt additive is not reasonable in consideration of that the warm asphalt additive which can cause viscosity reduction,energy saving and emission reduction has a small adverse impact on the low-temperature performance.
