摘要
当前我国高校学生工作所面临的环境发生的根本性变化促使辅导员队伍的专业化问题日益突出,探索如何更好促进辅导员队伍的专业化成为焦点问题,行动研究方法引入到辅导员专业化建设中来,具有十分重要的理论意义和实践意义。
The fundamental changes that the current work of university students in China are facing in the environment promote professional counselors to become increasingly prominent,and explore how to better promote the professionalization of counselors become focus issues,action research method is introduced to professional counselors construction has important theoretical and practical significance.
