摘要
高校管理工作是高校工作中的重要组成部分,也是强化校园软文化建设的重要工作之一,当前,由于学校学生规模扩大,高校学生管理工作日渐复杂,如何有针对性的对不同学生群体开展教育工作,如何采取有效的教育策略解决学生的心理问题?这些都是高校学生管理工作者们所需要面对的问题,因此,研究学生群体性划分方法,并寻找相应的工作思路,意义重大。
The management work is one important part of college management work,also one of the important work to strengthen the campus soft culture construction,due to the expand of the scale of school students,the management of college students is increasingly complex,how to work for the different student group,how to use effective educational strategy to solve the psychological problems of students?It is the problem that college managers facing,therefore,to study division method of student groups,and to find appropriate work ideas is of great significance.
